Season the pork and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden.Remove from the pan, then fry onions, mushrooms and garlic.Sprinkle the onions with flour and stir to coat, then pour in chicken stock while stirring until you get a smooth sauce.Add in tomato puree, white wine vinegar and cream. Stir together to combine, then add the pork steaks back in and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve right away with your favourite side dishes. Bonus tip – If you don’t want to make this a full meal with lots of sides, slice up the pork, place it in a warm flatbread and top with the mushrooms and onions.
