Boil the Potatoes Once the Potatoes are boiled, peel of the skin, and mash them using a potato masher. Soak green peas for about 10-12 mins in hot water. Add the peas to the mashed potatoes. Now take a heavy bottom pan, turn on the stove on medium high flame. Add oil, fennel seeds, lightly crushed coriander seeds and cumin seeds. Let it sizzle. Next goes in garlic, ginger and green chili paste/ minced. Cook it thoroughly until the raw aroma goes away. Add the mashed potatoes and peas in next. Give it a light mix. Next goes, red chili powder , coriander- cumin powder, Amchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder) , turmeric , garam masala and salt. Give everything a thorough mix until the spices are cooked and mixed with the potatoes. Give it a taste. and turn off the flame.

Preheat the oven at 400F or as instructed on your puff pastry box.

The Puff pastry will be de thawed after two hours. Now line your kitchen counter with a parchment paper. Refer to the pictures for detailed explanation.
