In these Korean Tacos, I’m combining the delicious flavors of, you guessed it, Korean food and Mexican food, to make you some of the best tacos you’ve ever had.
Is Gochujang Really Spicy?
Gochujang has got to be one of my favorite things to cook with. I love the spicy, sweet, umami flavors in it. It’s a deliciously fermented red chili paste and is easily one of my favorite condiments. I don’t think it’s too awfully spicy, but I like my food hot. I’d be lying to you if I said that it didn’t have some kick to it, but the kick is well worth the flavor! The flavor of Gochujang is very pungent and unlike anything else, and I highly recommend that you try it even if you’re not typically a spicy food kind of person. And these Korean Tacos are the perfect way to try Gochujang for the first time!
