What Is In Keto Fudge?

I tend to avoid making a ton of desserts because they can have a lot of different ingredients and I personally hate having a bunch of dishes to wash afterward. This Low Carb Fudge is fantastic because while it does have several ingredients, most of them are low carb pantry staples and if you follow my instructions you’ll only have a few dishes to wash when it’s time to clean up. Here’s what you’ll need:

How To Make Keto Fudge

Tips and Tricks

What I like to do is sort by dry and wet ingredients so that I could use the same measuring cup without having to wash everything too many times.Do not melt your coconut oil before mixing your ingredients together. This will impact the texture of the keto fudge. I also reduced the amount of coconut and the sweetener in this Keto Fudge recipe and it worked out beautifully. It’s not too sweet which means I can eat more of this than I could of regular fudge. If you have recently had bariatric surgery and are still in your soft foods stage, you can also omit the coconut in this recipe and it is still just as delicious.

Can Fudge Be Frozen?

Yes! It’s hard to believe that you won’t gobble this all up before it needs to be frozen, but if you have more self control than I do, here is how you do it:

Cut this Keto Fudge Recipe into bite-sized portions.Wrap fudge in wax paper.Wrap in aluminum foilStore wrapped keto fudge in a freezer safe bag and label with the date.

This fudge recipe will stay perfectly delicious in the freezer for 2-3 months.
