What are Fingerling Potatoes?

Fingerling Potatoes are a variety of potatoes. They are small, finger-shaped potatoes that grow naturally this way and mature fully when harvested. These potatoes are the best to make roasted potatoes or any fast food potatoes. Their skin is thin, that doesn’t need to be peeled. The skin of these potatoes tastes buttery and nutty, giving them a gorgeous crispy texture when roasted. Hence, if you find fingerling potatoes, you know you need to grab a bag of these for yourself.

Herbs and Spices - I am using Italian Spice, Red Chili Flakes, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and salt. To make it Indian-ish you can add Achari Masala, Tandoori Masala or Curry Powder. These Spices will definitely take them up a notch. Cilantro - Now, if you think cilantro tastes like soap, you and I cannot be friends.
