Grilling sugar-dusted fruit really brings out those gorgeous flavours. Now this makes an excellent summer dessert, but it’s so nice and refreshing I could eat it for breakfast and lunch too! This would also be a fantastic addition to a barbecue feast. Such a simple and easy dish to make but it’s quite the sweet showstopper. Or, you can even top with a little Homemade Granola, for a slight crunch. This recipe was first published in 2019 in my first book – called Seriously Good Salads. This is one of the sweet salads from that book.
