Ingredients: For Cake:½ cup of milk at room temperature½ cup of condensed milk at room temperature½ cup butter at room temperature2-3 tablespoon of sugar1 teaspoon vinegar1 teaspoon vanilla essence For making the crumb mixture mix all ingredients mentioned under “For the crumb layer” and using your hand or fork mix till you get a crumbly mixture.
