Ingredients: (makes around 15-20 cookies) 1 & ¼ cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup butter (1 stick)½ cup sugar½ cup brown sugar (or you can use regular sugar too)1 teaspoon vanilla extract⅓ cup Nutella (roughly 5 tbsp)¼ cup milk (at room temperature)
Note:
Don’t over-bake these cookies else they will turn hard & crisp instead of soft & chewy. Add more flour if required to get the correct dough consistency i.e. to roll the dough into a ball. Feel free to add more Nutella but then reduce the amount of sugar as Nutella is sweet.
