This is my new go-to when that sweet craving hits. You know what it’s like – you’re searching the cupboards for any kind of sweet morsel that that kids haven’t pilfered and you come up with a squashed old cereal bar and misery. Yep, we’ve all been there. Mug cakes are usually popular in my house for a speedy sweet treat, but these have totally overtaken them. You’ve probably got most if not all of these ingredients in the house right now. I will be making sure I have Greek yogurt on my shopping list each week (as I usually have the rest in) so I can always make a batch of these donut bites.
📋 Ingredients
For the donut holes: Greek Yogurt – It’s best to use a full-fat version for the best flavour. Plain (all-purpose) flour Baking powder I also use a bit of spray oil to coat the inside of the air fryer, but you can brush with a little of the melted butter if you prefer. For the coating: Melted butter Sugar Ground cinnamon
