These Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes are a scrumptious dish perfectly suited to the breakfast table! We don’t need to par-boil the potatoes first, so we’re ONLY using the air fryer – no other pans. These seem to be a side dish on every breakfast menu in the US, but I have yet to see them over here in the UK, so I thought I’d make my own version! In the air fryer too, so you know it’s quick and easy with minimal mess afterwards!

Seasonings – I used a blend of salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder but you can adjust to your taste. This is a hearty and satisfying addition to your breakfast table! My favourite way to serve this is alongside a fried egg, so you can dip those salty potato chunks in that golden, runny yolk.
